Coach Michael Wohlford
Coach Wohlford is in his 6th year of coaching and 4th year of teaching. He graduated from Columbus East High School in 2003 and from Ball State University in 2007. Coach Wohlford currently teaches government and world history at Goshen High School and serves as varsity assistant on the coaching staff.
His first two years of coaching took place at Muncie Central High School. Coach Wohlford served as volunteer varsity assistant for one season and then freshmen coach the next. He served in each role while still a student at Ball State University. After attending BSU, Coach Wohlford moved to Goshen and has been teaching and coaching here ever since. During this time he has served as freshmen coach as well as varsity assistant.
Coach Wohlford has many passions in life including: running, watching sports, reading nonfiction history, and spending time with his family. He especially enjoys running in new locations on family trips, as well as visiting famous historical locations around the country.
Coach Wohlford has been married to Catherine (Bowen) Wohlford for 4 years and they have one child (Lauren, 7 months). They attend River Oaks Community Church and enjoy going on family vacations in their spare time.
